Our Journii Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the selected package, with additional services available for extra fees. Clients are responsible for providing safe access, utilities, and ensuring that pets, children, valuables, and breakables are secure. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees, and repeated short-notice cancellations may result in suspension. Basic cleans are $45/hour per cleaner and deep cleans $55/hour, with commercial pricing available upon request; payment is due at service completion by e-transfer or cash, with late fees applied after 5 business days. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for re-clean requests within 24 hours, but misuse may lead to suspension. While insured, any damages must be reported within 24 hours. We may take before-and-after photos or videos for transparency and marketing, unless clients request otherwise. Service may be refused if unsafe, abusive, or discriminatory conditions arise. All client information is kept confidential and used only for service and communication.
